It is important to spend time finding confidence in yourself and doing things that make you feel strong and capable. In order to be your most productive self it can be very helpful to put a rough schedule in place to have some consistency in your life. Try allotting time in you day for work/school, fitness, and some you time in order to keep you balanced.

It is important to accept that you need to catch up on sleep in order to launch into quarantine with a positive attitude. Use this time to get fully rested and set up a schedule to keep you on track. The more rested you are, the better you will feel and be able to tackle all your quarantine time goals!
